What is the fastest way to get what you want in life?
A magic genie might help, but based on the movies that almost always goes wrong.
Plus the more life I live the more I’m convinced that, “the doing the work part'” to get what you want is just as important if not more than the actual getting.
And when it comes to your health and fitness, that’s double the case.
Soooo many people over complicate this. They think they need hours a day, or the perfect workout routine matched with the perfect foods.
And too many other people just don’t have the time to really think about it at all.
And I get it being a busy adult and parent myself. There are lots of demands in life.
AND no matter what is going on in life, the most important thing is always taking care of yourself.
You can’t pour from an empty cup as the saying goes.
But that doesn’t make the actual taking care of yourself any easier.
Getting a coach does.
You can’t motivate yourself to a level you don’t have.
You can’t show yourself your blind spots.
You don’t know what you don’t know.
And you don’t need to waste any time on that stuff.
That’s what a coach is for.
They can do all the mental heavy lifting. They can program, they can motivate, they can adjust things for you and see things you can’t.
And a they’ve made the journey you want to make and helped others do it many times over.
It wasn’t till this year I really learned to appreciate what a good coach can do for you.
We are a coach first community driven gym. That means we figure at all the stuff you don’t want to/don’t have time for.
We make fitness fun and easy. 2 hours a week could change your life with a coach.
Paul was tired of “stumbling around in the dark” when it came to his nutrition. He didn’t want to track his food obsessively, or count macros. Just wanted to follow a rough calorie number and dial in his eating to leverage all the work he was putting in, in the gym.
So he hired coach Katie to help. She has been working with people and their food for over a decade and is amazing at it.
Fast forward to now. Paul work outs 3x per week. That’s 3 hours total. And just watches what he eats with Katies guidance.
He’s down 10% body fat.
It’s really can be that easy.
Don’t waster your precious time and energy trying to do something you struggle with on your own. Find a coach to help guide you.
And that’s exactly what we do here. Everything is coach led. We do all the hard part and just make things fun for you…. even burpee’s 🙂
