Our gym is exceptionally clean, organized, and well cared for-so you can focus on training, not distractions. We use high-quality equipment like Rogue barbells, Concept2 rowers, AirBikes, and SkiErgs. We’re also the only local gym with backwards treadmills designed to support knee health and longevity.

Spacious Training – We have separate areas for our large group classes, small group private training and PT so you always have room without being crowded.

Backwards Treadmills – A unique treadmill that helps strengthen knees, support recovery, and keep you moving comfortably for the long run.

Premium Training Equipment – We use high-quality Rogue racks and barbells, AirRunners, cardio machines, and mobility tools to support safe, effective training for all levels.

Our facility features an open, uncluttered layout with more space than most gyms, including private areas for personal training, small groups, and stretching. We also offer a kid-friendly office area for ages 4+. Combined with our supportive community, it’s an environment built for confidence and long-term success.

This is not a workout.
It’s a relaxed, one-on-one conversation with a coach—designed to help you feel confident, informed, and supported from day one.

What Is a No Sweat Intro?

A No Sweat Intro is a free, 1-on-1 meeting with a coach where we get to know you.

We’ll talk about:
• Your goals
• Your fitness background (or lack of one)
• Your schedule and availability
• Past injuries or limitations
• What you’ve liked—or hated—about fitness in the past

There’s no pressure, no sweating, and no expectation to work out. Just a conversation.
